Job Description Primary responsibility is to assist underwriters in servicing new and existing accounts. Candidate will be responsible for booking accounts, preparing endorsements and binders, evaluating new and renewal policies and endorsements, preparing and issuing manuscript policies. Candidate will service accounts, including resolving agent’s inquiries, complaints, requests, and policy processing activities with guidelines, gather and organize specified information and reports to assist in the underwriting decision. Candidate will meet all service requirements, including issuance of all binders within 24 hours, booking all policies within 30 days of last underlying received, and adhering to all other corporately mandated service guidelines. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong portfolio management and production skills with an understanding of the company’s business objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Computer skills.
  • Candidates must be able to work in a high volume atmosphere.
  • Candidates must be extremely organized.
