The Sr UX Designer supports the Digital Design & Research Team by creating and elevating user experiences across Customer and Employee-facing digital products while collaborating with Product, Technology, agency partners, and Executives. They’ll use research, testing, empathy, and accessibility principles to design intuitive, modern, and hospitable digital solutions that support Southwest’s transformation and optimize both customer experience and business outcomes. Through creative problem‑solving, cross‑functional partnership, and a passion for impactful design, the Sr UX Designer is excited to help shape Southwest’s digital future and contribute to meaningful, experience‑focused work.
