About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing UX researcher to drive actionable insights that shape exceptional user experiences across both B2B and B2C products. This role is ideal for a researcher who thrives in complex environments, balances rigor with speed, and partners closely with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to inform strategy and execution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with enterprise and consumer audiences, understands nuanced user needs across contexts, and can confidently influence decisions through high-quality research. Experience supporting direct sales organizations or sales-enabled platforms is a strong plus.

Requirements

  • Three to six years of professional experience in UX Research or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience conducting research for both B2B and B2C products
  • Strong command of qualitative research methods, with working knowledge of quantitative approaches
  • Proven ability to independently lead research projects from scoping to delivery
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional, product-driven environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making through data and insights
  • A strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating impact on product outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Direct Sales, sales enablement, CRM, or go-to-market tools
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale products or complex systems
  • Experience working in Agile or fast-paced product development environments
  • Ability to mentor junior researchers or contribute to research practice maturity

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and synthesize end-to-end UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies, field research)
  • Lead research efforts for both B2B and B2C products, adapting methods and insights to diverse user types, workflows, and business models
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define research goals and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Conduct research that informs product strategy, roadmap decisions, and design direction, not just usability improvements
  • Clearly communicate insights through compelling storytelling, visual artifacts, and presentations tailored to different audiences
  • Advocate for user-centered thinking and embed research into product development cycles
  • Support and improve research operations, best practices, and knowledge sharing across teams
  • When applicable, conduct research related to Direct Sales experiences, such as sales tools, CRM workflows, enablement platforms, and customer–sales interactions
