Serve as a true Cloud Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a focus on automation and observability Provide L3 support and SRE services for a wide range of products within the client’s cloud environment Handle incidents escalated from L1 & L2 teams: Troubleshoot and resolve issues Determine if the problem is application/customer-related or platform-related Escalate platform issues to the engineering team Previous large enterprise experience as a true Cloud SRE that is specifically strong in automation and observability. - This team is tasked with L3 support and SRE for a wide variety of products within the clients overall cloud environment and their day to day consists of handling incidents that will be raised form the L1 & 2 teams and either fixing them, or are able to analyze and see if it is an application/ customer problem or if it is a problem with the specific platform that they would then pass to the engineering team to fix.
