Under general supervision of the SSVF Program Director, the Case Manager will provide all services and support as set forth in the program description. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Case Manager. The SSVF Case Manager will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support and assistance to veterans and their families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. This position involves coordinating and implementing a range of services to help clients achieve housing stability and improve overall well-being. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Rate of Pay: $20-$23/hour
