About The Position

As a Stacker Operator, you’ll be part of our corrugator team, responsible for stacking, tagging and preparing finished units for shipment. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-paced production environment. Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) — Must be available for overtime and occasional weekend work as needed Starting Pay: $18.00/hour – Eligible for pay increases at 90 days and 6 months based on performance and attendance. What to Expect on the Job You’ll be on your feet for most of you shift. This includes standing, walking, bending, kneeling and regularly or moving up to 40 pounds You will work near moving mechanical parts and in an environment where noise, vibration, and airborne particles are common The facility is not climate controlled, which means it can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, protective footwear, and safety glasses must be worn at all times Pratt Industries is proud to continue the legacy of serving the Oklahoma City community started by Love Box in 1954. Responsibilities

Operate conveyor lines and unitizer to stack finished units
Insert protective top/bottom sheets and tie sheets when needed
Count and verify unit and inch count; ensure proper load tags are in each unit
Restack, flip stack and hand-band units as necessary
Communicate with operators and team about production flow
Help train others and cross-train on other corrugator roles
Submit maintenance requests and support equipment upkeep
Learn to read corrugator lineups and support other roles (Slitter Operator, Doublebacker)
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
