Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with medical billing, coding, and healthcare reimbursement processes
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Review and analyze medical billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with billing and coding teams to resolve discrepancies and improve billing procedures
• Support audits and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards
• Generate financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Maintain documentation related to financial transactions and billing processes
