Mixpanel is evolving from a single product analytics tool into a multi product platform, and our brand needs to lead that story—not just follow it. We're hiring a Staff Brand Copywriter who approaches this work as a craft. Someone who cares deeply about narrative, nuance, and the space between what's said and what's felt. You'll work embedded with our 6 person brand design team, partnering closely with designers who think visually and strategically while you lead with story and ideas. This role is for someone who pushes boundaries with care and attention. Who asks better questions of briefs and finds the real story beneath feature sets. Who knows when to be bold and when to be precise. You'll have creative freedom to shape how we show up—leading messaging for our annual user conference (MXP), conceptualizing campaigns with depth, and helping define what Mixpanel sounds like as we grow.
