Hi, I’m Tom Ayre, Development Manager at Jane. I joined in April 2025 and I’ve spent much of my career working on growth-focused teams where experimentation, iteration, and measurable impact really matter. That’s a big part of what drew me to this team at Jane. I lead our Sign Up and Demo team within the Everboarding group. We shape the very first experience prospective customers have with Jane. From the moment someone lands on our website to the moment they try Jane for the first time, we’re responsible for reducing friction, increasing clarity, and helping the right clinics get started with confidence. Our work directly connects to Jane’s mission to help the helpers. If we make it easier for practitioners to discover, explore, and successfully adopt Jane, we’re increasing the number of clinics that can spend more time caring for patients and less time on admin. The impact is real and highly visible across the company. Something human about me - I grew up in Waterloo and still love the tech ecosystem here.
