Your Impact: You will build a new, unprecedented way to orchestrate Zero Trust Segmentation down to the application / pod level, identifying easily blocking pathways of attacks in the container ecosystem You will understand and enhance modern container platforms such as Kubernetes, Istio, OpenShift, AKS, EKS, GKE etc. You will have the opportunity to own and design critical features and subsystems, work out all the details, and defend the design before your peers. You will deliver a rock-solid implementation that is elegant, simple, scalable, stable, secure, and supportable. Our product protects the critical infrastructure of large enterprises. It must work. You will also mentor junior engineers, new-grads, and interns to help them grow as engineers and become productive members of the team. You will have the opportunity to work with the field organization and key customers to shape this novel product.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent degree. Master’s degree a plus
8+ years building distributed & scalable software systems.
Proficient in at least one higher-level language such as Go, Python , Java, etc.
Experience building large, distributed, and scalable software systems.
Familiarity with, and passion for Kubernetes and related technologies.
Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, networking concepts, and debugging skills.
General TCP/IP networking knowledge
Unix/Linux programming environment experience

Nice To Haves

Experience with networking and security controls is a plus

Responsibilities

Build a new, unprecedented way to orchestrate Zero Trust Segmentation down to the application / pod level, identifying easily blocking pathways of attacks in the container ecosystem
Understand and enhance modern container platforms such as Kubernetes, Istio, OpenShift, AKS, EKS, GKE etc.
Own and design critical features and subsystems, work out all the details, and defend the design before your peers.
Deliver a rock-solid implementation that is elegant, simple, scalable, stable, secure, and supportable.
Mentor junior engineers, new-grads, and interns to help them grow as engineers and become productive members of the team.
Work with the field organization and key customers to shape this novel product.
