About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer who will design, build, an d maintain internal tools and infrastructure that enable teams across the organization to deliver software efficiently . In this role, you will focus on code quality, architecture decisions, and creating reliable, scalable systems while leveraging AI tools to enhance developer productivity. You will verify and review AI -generated code to ensure it meets our quality standards. You will build an d maintain foun dational services and tool ing that serve multiple business units . Your focus will be on creating the share d infrastructure , APIs , and developer experiences that product teams rely on to build an d ship software. You will reduce friction, improve deployment pipelines, an d enable self-service capabilities across the organization . As part of an enabling team, you will identify common patterns an d pain points across product teams and build gener alized solutions that scale. You will create reusable components an d tool ing that accelerate delivery across multiple teams . This role encompasses multi-team initiatives with organizational impact. You will set own direction within broader strategic goals, influence multiple teams, and be recognized as a domain expert in developer tool ing and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
• Practical and demonstrable experience of building platforms and apps with multiple of the following technologies AWS, N8N, Cloudflare, Supabase, NextJS, Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Delivery: Lead technical delivery of complex infrastructure and platform projects across multiple teams, unblock others through hands-on contributions, and ensure engineering quality
• AI: Design AI-augmented engineering workflows for your area, evaluate new AI tools, train engineers on effective AI usage, and balance speed with verification
• Business: Drive business outcomes through technical solutions across your area, influence product roadmaps, and partner effectively with business stakeholders
• Process: Drive process efficiency within your team, coordinate cross-functional technical work, and lead retrospectives
• Documentation: Design documentation strategies for your projects, ensure knowledge persists beyond individuals, and write specifications that enable effective collaboration
