About the position

Join an incredible marketing team at Intuit as a Staff Marketing Operations Manager, CRM Operations in the Consumer Group. You will be a key member of the CRM Ops team building multi-channel automations and campaigns to help power financial freedom to over 100M consumers and businesses we serve year-round. CRM is a significant part of our marketing strategy driving world-class results. This candidate should possess strong technical skills, especially in HTML and ESP scripting languages, and bring their innovative ideas to improve our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Understand CRM in the B2C and B2B space including latest trends across different age and audience groups.
  • Seek out new and innovative ways to improve marketing campaign processes (e.g., scaling templates and reusable content within emails).
  • Build complex multi-channel automations and campaigns including email, push, SMS, in-app, and webhook campaigns based on customer, event and engagement data.
  • Utilize segmentation tools to build targeted audience segments for effective campaign delivery with high-quality.
  • Troubleshoot and update HTML code within the Email Service Provider interface, ensuring optimal rendering across a multitude of devices.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance of all campaign elements, and assist fellow team members in ensuring the accuracy of their work.
  • Run ad-hoc and set up automated reporting using the ESP's reporting tools and internal campaign dashboards providing insights into the campaigns, uncover efficiencies and drive improvements.
  • Share learnings on a regular basis and hold a high bar for learning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building and sending large-scale email campaigns via major ESPs, such as Braze and Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML and proficiency in troubleshooting and updating code.
  • Heavy experience with Liquidscript.
  • Experience with ESP migrations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment and cooperation across various teams.
  • Experience in coordinating tasks and managing deliverables within small teams to achieve timely results.
  • Must know SQL and be able to write, manipulate and transform.
  • Must know JSON along with data formats, data transformation, and data compatibility.
  • Build campaigns using machine learning, AI and data science models.
  • Experience with REST APIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
