We're looking for a motivated and experienced Staff Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of the tools and systems that support Rivian's Service & Support organization. You will play a critical role in empowering our frontline teams, from inbound call center agents to vehicle technicians, by providing them with the tools they need to complete their work efficiently. You will also be part of a team that is transforming the automotive adventure for thousands of customers. This position can be located in Palo Alto or Irvine, CA or Vancouver, BC (Canada) and report to our Director, Product Management, Commercial.
