About the position

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic planning, development & implementation of Accounts Payable Dispute capabilities for Walmart. This critical role will be responsible for leading a priority AP business product capability and ensuring business priorities are planned and enabled through effective product planning and delivery. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Accounts Payable and connected processes, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value. Our Finance Product team is dedicated to reducing work and cost to run the business for North America & International, while generating value through our products. By collaborating closely with our Business and Engineering partners, we craft strategic plans for Finance products and technological capabilities that maximize business value. This pivotal role leads and executes the products supporting the Finance Dispute resolution process, ensuring disputes are resolved with speed and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop roadmap and initiative tracking through benefit measurement and realization for key business initiatives.
  • Manage applicable system solutions for new features and ensure end to end ownership of solutions by working with relevant cross-functional groups including Engineering, Data, other Product teams, and Data science teams to enable beneficial deliverables for the business.
  • Ensure critical business issues and core product strategies are addressed in product decisions; drive process changes based on feedback; drive resource allocation decisions; and set the standard for Product Manager deliverables.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate the product strategy into a product roadmap and engineering sprints.
  • Take features from ideation/exploration with customers to full launch and rollout, including marketing plan and field enablement.
  • Work in an agile and iterative team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management.
  • 9 years' experience in product management or related area.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
