Position: Staff Product Manager Job Location: 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066 Duties: Work on data and reporting for Walmart’s Ad Platforms Team, which is a Google Cloud hosted platform used to manage ad data across Sam's Club. Drive the roadmaps for reporting and the integration of platform with other systems using Core Data APIs. Work with cross functional teams across Product, UX, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Business to develop and launch products that drive omnichannel eCommerce income. Provide visibility to ad data in Tableau and Power BI dashboards to help make data driven decisions for data and reporting roadmap. Execute in-depth analysis of core issues to identify opportunities to improve processes and build new features. This position does not supervise employees. Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field and 2 years of experience in product management or related field; OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field and 5 years of experience in product management or related field. Skills required: Demonstrated knowledge of cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS or Google Cloud Platform. Experience designing and implementing REST API web services using Java. Experience with messaging queues, including Kafka. Experience designing and implementing distributed systems and microservices based architecture. Experience using data visualization tools: Tableau and Power BI. Experience with Java Technologies, SQL/NOSQL Databases, Distributed Caching, and Container Technologies. Experience developing long term product strategies. Experience implementing product management best practices to streamline work procedures and speed execution. Experience leading cross functional teams across the product development, launch, and optimization process. Experience building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills. Salary Range: $164,715/year to $286,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience designing and implementing REST API web services using Java.
  • Experience with messaging queues, including Kafka.
