About The Position

What you'll do... Position: Staff Product Manager Job Location: 1375 Crossman Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 Duties: Conduct product analytics to derive insights and inform strategy. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to proactively identify needs. Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business goals. Lead stakeholder communication and engagement across internal and external teams. Spearhead product development and innovation and leverage MVP approaches for new features. Streamline processes and implement automations to enhance operational efficiency. Understand complete systems architecture to drive technology innovation. Collaborate cross-functionally to build trusting team relationships and achieve objectives. This position does not supervise employees. Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related area and 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in product management; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related area and 7 years of post-bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in product management. Skills required: Experience leveraging customer feedback and market research to guide product development and innovation. Experience utilizing SQL for data extraction and analysis to drive data-driven product decisions. Experience formulating strategies and forecasting for scalable growth. Experience creating and executing strategic roadmaps to meet operational and business objectives. Experience producing high-level analysis and presentations for leadership. Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, including business and operational stakeholders. Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to optimize performance and efficiency. Experience developing automation solutions to expand business operations and enhance customer experience. Experience with project management across multiple workstreams and ensuring coordinated progress. Experience analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes for insights. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills. Salary Range: $179,421/year to $286,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Requirements
