At ID.me, we’re looking for a Staff Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting across a broad range of functions, including Go-To-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) teams. In this role, you will own recruiting strategy and execution for critical business areas, partnering closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, Product and Operations to attract and hire exceptional talent. Reporting to the Director, TA Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in building efficient, scalable, and high-quality hiring practices. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in complex environments, brings strong operational rigor, and embraces an AI-first approach to improve speed, consistency, and candidate experience.
