We’re looking for a proven staff engineer with an exceptional track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects who can embrace cutting-edge AI and agentic workflows, and lead the charge into the future of software development. This position demands outstanding autonomy, the natural ability to lead and direct technical vision across teams, and mentoring engineers at all levels to deliver transformational solutions. You’ll own the most significant technical challenges—from designing enterprise-scale systems to establishing the architectural patterns that will define our platform for years to come. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional written and oral communication skills to align software solutions with the company’s business objectives.
