About the position

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a front-end focus, you will play a key role in shaping the architecture, design, and implementation of user-centric applications that power critical business capabilities. From day one, you will be expected to lead by example, contribute code, mentor others, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Architecture and Design: Lead the design and development of robust, scalable front-end and full-stack architectures that align with business goals and future growth.
  • Engineer for Performance and Scale: Build complex systems with an emphasis on performance, security, and maintainability across web and mobile platforms.
  • Mentor and Elevate the Team: Provide hands-on guidance, perform code reviews, and set standards for quality and excellence across engineering practices.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and other engineers to define requirements, co-create solutions, and deliver results.
  • Innovate and Influence: Stay current with emerging technologies, proactively introduce new tools and frameworks, and help shape technical strategy.
  • Communicate with Clarity: Translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 6 years' experience in software engineering or related area.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
