As a Staff iOS Engineer, you will guide and contribute across projects, solving complex technical challenges and ensuring alignment with platform-level design patterns. You will provide leadership in understanding and implementing modern observability principles, advocating for best practices, and managing technical debt. Your role will extend to thought leadership within the industry and fostering a positive and productive team environment. You will leverage your expertise to coach teams, delegate tasks appropriately, and proactively support less experienced engineers, ensuring successful project delivery.
