As a Staff Software Engineer on the Clinical Fit team, you will work on a core problem we are solving for patients and providers – helping to connect the right patients with the right providers. You'll lead the domain modeling, architecture and development of systems that enable patients and providers to be matched based on their needs and preferences, providing a best in class experience regardless of provider specialization areas.

Responsibilities

• Architecting and shipping code for key roadmap initiatives.
• Building and fostering relationships with engineers on your team and partners in Product, Design, and Analytics to refine and execute the product vision.
• Improving the reliability and accuracy of our core data and booking attribution systems.
• Mentoring engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and 1:1 pairing.
• Working with cutting edge GenAI tools and technology, with an eye towards future goals like AI-generated insights and custom-queried dashboards.
