About The Position

The (USA) Staff, Software Engineer will lead the development and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML frameworks. This role drives the full software lifecycle, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives. The engineer will mentor peers, influence technical decisions, and collaborate across teams to solve complex problems using cloud-native principles. Emphasizing engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and data-driven practices, this position supports innovation and operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality, secure, and maintainable software solutions. The team builds and enhances enterprise-wide platform Data Governance and Management capabilities. Collaborating with product management, project teams, and business stakeholders, members design, develop, and deliver scalable technical solutions. Emphasizing continuous improvement, the team applies iterative development, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure quality outcomes. Engineers leverage expertise in API design, platform development, and automation to support seamless integration and operational excellence. The group maintains a disciplined, results-driven environment focused on meeting business objectives while adhering to standards and best practices, fostering technical growth and delivering impactful solutions.

  • Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
  • Strong software development skills across the full lifecycle, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
  • Experience in API design, software prototyping, and applying design patterns for secure, modular, and maintainable solutions.
  • Ability to lead technical design reviews and mentor engineers to foster continuous learning and engineering excellence.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making, debugging, and problem solving to optimize development processes and product quality.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

  • Lead system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.
  • Build AI-driven applications integrating intelligent automation features using multiple programming languages.
  • Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements.
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and products through data-driven decision making and innovation.
