About The Position
The Staffing Office plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal allocation of nursing and support staff across all departments. Staffing Specialist Part-time, Days Job Requisition: A staffing specialist in a hospital is responsible for managing the recruitment, hiring, and scheduling of hospital staff. Key duties include identifying staffing needs, sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating with department managers, and maintaining staffing schedules. The staffing specialist ensures that the hospital is adequately staffed with qualified personnel to maintain efficient and effective patient care.
Requirements
