The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of helping startups succeed and be able to provide strategic guidance, operational insights, and growth-focused solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams and leadership to optimize business strategies, scale operations, and drive measurable results.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with startups or in startup environments.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business growth.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with funding strategies, market analysis, and operations management.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in hybrid or remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on internal startup initiatives, including business planning, funding strategies, and operational improvements.
• Analyze business models, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and monitor outcomes.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making.
• Support innovation projects and fundraising initiatives when applicable.
