You'll be the ultimate expert on how to connect with startup founders and their companies, understanding their unique challenges in growing and scaling their business. You'll communicate exactly how Brex products like our corporate cards, expense management, business banking, and more provide the essential financial tools to fuel their expansion from seed to scale. This role blends sharp strategic thinking with compelling creative storytelling, sitting right at the heart of product, brand, and go-to-market to fuel pipeline and ensure our startup customers thrive.

  • Create sales and marketing materials that demonstrate why Brex is the platform of choice and the best company to partner with—these include pitch decks, one-pagers, web pages, customer testimonials, and thought leadership pieces
  • Build relationships with the startup community and represent Brex at key first-/third-party events (e.g., Brex Connect, Brex Supper Clubs, NYC TechWeek, NY FinTech Week, and various industry conferences and workshops)
  • Collaborate across Product, Design, and Brand to create compelling narratives and powerful content experiences, including videos, demos, guides, and events
  • Define and report on key success metrics, including segment pipeline growth, campaign performance, and product adoption - and continuously optimize marketing plans based on data
  • Act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Brand - ensuring narrative alignment, campaign prioritization, and go-to-market fit across the entire startup motion
