About The Position

The HR Intern will participate in a structured, 10-week rotational internship program designed to provide hands-on exposure across multiple Human Resources functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how HR supports the employee experience, drives business outcomes, and enables organizational success. Throughout the program, the intern will rotate through core HR functional areas including Learning & Development, Benefits, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations. In addition to day-to-day project work, the intern will complete an Internship Project focused on designing a scalable company-wide rotation program for future interns and early-career talent. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, curious individual interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, People Operations, or Organizational Development. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in: [Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field]
  • Strong interest in Human Resources or People Operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and always maintain confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Coursework or experience related to HR, business, or organizational behavior
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with HR systems – Workday a plus
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly rotations across HR functional teams, including: Learning & Development Benefits & Wellbeing Employee Engagement & Culture HR Operations Talent Acquisition Employee Relations
  • Support functional projects, research, documentation, and program execution
  • Attend meetings, learning sessions, and cross-functional discussions
  • Internship Project Design a scalable company-wide rotation program template Conduct research and gather stakeholder input Develop program structure, learning objectives, and evaluation tools Present final recommendations to HR leadership
