The HR Intern will participate in a structured, 10-week rotational internship program designed to provide hands-on exposure across multiple Human Resources functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how HR supports the employee experience, drives business outcomes, and enables organizational success. Throughout the program, the intern will rotate through core HR functional areas including Learning & Development, Benefits, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations. In addition to day-to-day project work, the intern will complete an Internship Project focused on designing a scalable company-wide rotation program for future interns and early-career talent. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, curious individual interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, People Operations, or Organizational Development.
