Like helping your Team stay organized and ready to fly? Station Services Specialists at Southwest work at the airport to support our daily operation. They help with schedules, pay, attendance, and staffing, making sure details are correct and on time. They answer questions from Employees and Leaders, fix problems, and send out updates and reports. They also write messages, keep records safe and organized, and look for ways to make improvements. Their work helps the station run smoothly and supports Southwest’s mission to offer great service every day. Additional details This role includes working assigned shifts based on seniority. Shifts can include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
