About The Position

Responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling steel components to create structures and parts according to blueprints and specifications. This role requires proficiency in welding techniques, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience/education in Welding or Fabrication preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in welding, metals fabrication, machining, or other technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weld with minimum ability in GMAW and FCAW. Additional abilities in GTAW and SMAW are useful.
• Able to use most all shop equipment.
• Properly cut from stock material the necessary pieces to complete fabrication.
• Assemble individual pieces to create final product.
• Maintain safe and clean work area.
• Comply with federal and state law, regulations, and all Company rules.
• Participate in online and in-person training and other educational opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Any other job-related activities requested by immediate supervisor.
