Requirements
- Previous dental or medical sterilization experience preferred
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols faithfully
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to patient care
Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols
- Maintain sterilization logs and ensure compliance with infection-control and OSHA standards
- Monitor and organize sterilization supplies and equipment
- Assist with inventory management related to sterilization and clinical supplies
- Support clinical team by maintaining clean and organized treatment settings
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
