Position Summary: Under general direction from the Steward Supervisor, responsible for ensuring the safety and sanitation of all areas of the Food and Beverage Operations, as well as participate in regular deep cleaning process. Ensures operations in a ccordance with applicable laws, regulations, safety standards, policies, and procedures.
