Requirements

  • Current STNA certification in good standing
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability and commitment to resident-centered care

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents
  • Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Support nurses and collaborate with the care team
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
  • Help create a safe, clean, and positive environment
