Requirements
- Current STNA certification in good standing
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and commitment to resident-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support nurses and collaborate with the care team
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Help create a safe, clean, and positive environment
