Requirements

  • Valid STNA License in Ohio
  • Employee must meet continue education requirements per state practices.
  • Must maintain a license in good standing with the state board.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to Residents
  • Care and supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards
  • Care and supervision as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor
  • Ensure that the highest degree of quality Resident care is always maintained
