About The Position

As a Store Front Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for customers and a key support partner to our inside sales, rental, and administrative teams. You’ll help ensure a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience from drop-off through invoicing support.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfort interacting with customers regarding billing and payment questions
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable work style
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Checking equipment status and providing updates to customers
  • Sharing pricing information for calibration and related services
  • Coordinating customer equipment drop-offs and pickups
  • Maintaining accurate logs and customer records
  • Managing rental returns and processing credit card payments
  • Assisting new customers with account setup and documentation
  • Supporting Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including:
  • Assisting with invoice questions and customer inquiries
  • Collecting and applying payments as needed
  • Coordinating with the finance team on billing or payment discrepancies
  • Disinfecting, labeling, and preparing incoming equipment
  • Supporting general front-office and administrative tasks as needed
