Position Summary This position supports the Field Service Technicians and CVS stores. As a Retail Store IT Hardware Support Technician you will provide bench repairs of specific CVS store hardware, maintaining accurate asset tracking records in Siebel. You will also maintain current hardware certifications on equipment to process warranty claims. Processes warranty claims under self-maintenance contracts. You will also clean and refurbish returned store equipment. Stages and configure complex systems for RX, POS, and internal corporate distribution. You must also ensure adequate inventory levels for support functions. Must be able to lift up to 80lbs with assistance. Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm (with opportunity for overtime)
