Requirements
- Strong sales background (commission or performance-based experience is a plus)

- Comfortable with local marketing, social media, and community outreach
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Drive monthly sales goals and build customer loyalty
- Keep our showroom inspiring, inviting, and beautifully merchandised
- Oversee daily operations, inventory flow, and local social media presence
