We’re looking for a Store Manager who can lead both the front and back of house—someone equally passionate about guest experience, team culture, and operational excellence. This role is for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building strong teams while delivering consistently delicious food and warm hospitality. The Role The Store Manager is responsible for the daily leadership and performance of the restaurant, overseeing both the kitchen and service teams. This leader sets the tone for hospitality, ensures operational excellence, and builds a culture where the team feels supported and inspired. You’ll be hands-on, solutions-oriented, and energized by creating a restaurant that runs smoothly while delivering a standout guest experience. Salary Range : $58,000 - $63,000

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Experience managing both FOH and BOH operations preferred
  • Strong understanding of labor, food cost, and restaurant systems
  • A natural leader who brings calm, clarity, and energy to a team
  • Equally comfortable running service or stepping onto the line
  • Passionate about hospitality, food, and building community
  • Organized, accountable, and solution-oriented
  • Someone who leads by example and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves

  • Experience in fast-casual or high-volume environments is a plus

  • Manage scheduling, labor, and daily financial performance
  • Set the tone for a welcoming and energetic guest experience
  • Jump in wherever needed—from the line to the floor
  • Handle guest feedback with care and professionalism
  • Ensure the restaurant always feels warm, organized, and vibrant
  • Manage labor and cost controls
  • Monitor sales, COGS, and operational performance
  • Partner with leadership to drive growth and efficiency
