Requirements

Previous retail experience; leadership experience preferred (not required for all roles).
Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead by example while supporting a team-oriented environment.
Basic computer skills and comfort learning POS and reporting tools.
Ability to stand, bend, lift 25–40 lbs depending on role.
Reliable transportation.
Preferred open availability; must be willing to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and support a culture of world-class customer service.
Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and reporting.
Support and train team members in areas like customer service, merchandising, donation flow, pricing, and safety.
Ensure clean, organized, safe store conditions while maintaining inventory flow and product rotation.
Monitor loss prevention and safeguard company assets.
Maintain accurate production counts, donor tracking, and department-specific goals.
Provide positive, mission-driven leadership to create a motivating and inclusive environment.
Step into keyholder, department lead, or management support responsibilities based on store need.
