Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
  • Flexibility to cover all stores within the division as needed
  • Proven management experience
  • Experience in tire sales
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and retail tire operations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the division, ability to stay overnight as needed
  • Position operates in a variety of environments, including offices, vehicles, meeting rooms, automotive shops, and outdoor spaces
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Divisional Director in ensuring the proper execution of all operations
  • Provide support to store managers with daily operations as needed
  • Collaborate with divisional personnel to meet assigned goals and objectives
  • Train new store managers to ensure locations operate according to Pomp’s standards
  • Work closely with store managers to reconcile physical inventory
  • Ensure training programs are completed across the division
  • Help achieve strategic initiatives and objectives
  • Oversee the successful completion of daily store operations
  • Post invoices and manage processing of national accounts
  • Other duties as assigned by Divisional Director to advance regional goals
