About The Position

Key Responsibilities: The MRO Coordinator must be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization Responsible for stockroom(s) organization Responsible for physically placing new inventory in locations and making sure that the system matches locations and quantities Responsible for making sure new inventory items are put away in timely fashion Must be able to use an ERP system to manage stock levels and locations Must be able to assist engineers, maintenance techs and others, navigate to the parts they need within the stockroom(s) Assists Supervisor with reports or other data that they request Provides ideas and suggestions regarding storage strategy and min max levels based on usage trends Ability to work with minimal amount of supervision Works safely and complies with all company policies and procedures Other Responsibilities: Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have excellent attendance
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Must be able to work overtime as required
  • Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner
  • Ability to read and write.
  • Ability to use a PC (email, CMMS, ERP System, Excel, Word )

Nice To Haves

  • Previous MRO experience preferred
