About The Position

The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue and growth within assigned global accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for OEM customers, leading strategic account planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
  • 10+ years of commercial/technical sales experience; marketing experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer revenue and share growth for assigned global accounts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned OEM accounts and related equipment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain Strategic Account Management Plans (SAMP) for each account.
  • Drive specification of new designs and gain OEM adoption for assigned accounts.
  • Manage technical integration projects and oversee application requirements.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and monitor execution of business plans.
  • Identify and coordinate internal resources to support customer needs.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies, including Challenger Sales methodology.
  • Monitor customer health and satisfaction, ensuring alignment with Regal Rexnord standards.
  • Facilitate communication between OEMs and internal teams to resolve issues and improve collaboration.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and industry trends.
