Revenue growth in TPA account management isn't about pushing products—it's about building trusted partnerships where clients see expansion as strategic opportunity, not sales pitch. As our Strategic Account Executive, you'll own reliable revenue and expansion targets through complex renewals and strategic sales efforts with existing Third Party Administration clients. You'll establish executive-level credibility, identify client objectives proactively, and develop actionable plans that translate relationship depth into material ARR growth across additional populations, lines of business, and services. Your consultative approach and TPA domain expertise directly determine whether clients renew as satisfied customers or loyal partners who expand their investment year after year.
