MIDWEST- Indianapolis, Chicago, Cleveland Metro Areas Your Role at Delta Faucet The Strategic Account Manager, Multi-family is responsible for increasing market share and driving profitable growth within the multi-family housing segment by creating differentiated value for key decision makers. This role focuses on building and sustaining trusted, long-term relationships with national and regional developers, owners/operators, asset managers, and other influencers to shape specifications, influence buying decisions, and expand the company’s presence across new construction, renovation, and MRO opportunities. By leveraging deep market insight, a consultative selling approach, and cross-functional collaboration, the Strategic Account Manager develops and executes account strategies that align customer priorities with the company’s full portfolio of solutions. The role is accountable for accelerating growth through strategic partnerships, increasing share of wallet within targeted accounts, and delivering measurable business outcomes for both the customer and the organization.
