Purpose and Impact: The program works directly with government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. The program mission is to support users within the program of record through multiple support services including operational management, information sharing, data brokering and governance, messaging support, and access management. The program is a major player in the modernization of data platforms and programs of records. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day, Core hours: 0900-1500 Essential Responsibilities: Facilitate the success of the organization, through synchronization activities, ensuring DCD documents, understands, and responds to customer requirements; maintains internal/external documentation, creates briefing and material, and provides data visualization of DCD transactions. Prepare and maintain DCD Branded materials (brochures, handouts, bookmarks, nameplates, etc) upon request. Coordinate with INSCOM Visual Information Office for printing. Ensure an adequate supply of brochures and bookmarks are available on hand in DCD spaces, never to drop below 100 of each item at any given time. Coordinate with DCD Trainer at Fort Huachuca to ensure an adequate supply of brochures and bookmarks are available and on hand at Riley Barracks, never to drop below 100 of each item at any given time. Coordinate with the INSCOM Mailroom to mail these materials to Fort Huachuca. Prepare and present briefings for visitors to INSCOM and DCD, including the DCD mission briefing. Maintain the DCD mission briefing. Coordinate updates with stakeholders and leadership in DCD. Review the mission briefing quarterly and updated as needed or as directed by Government. Provide a draft mission briefing to Government for concurrence within 5 business days of a request. Produce executive level presentations based on mission requirements to be used in DCD leadership briefings Maintain the DCD Support Service Guide, which outlines all capabilities and services provided by DCD to external customers. Review this document for accuracy and completeness every 6 months and update as required or when requested by the government. Coordinate updated content with stakeholders in DCD to ensure information is accurate and relevant to current users. Track technical issues impacting intelligence operations by monitoring the DCD ticketing system and engaging with personnel. Use this list to recommend solutions. Produce ad hoc graphical representations of data/metrics of existing DCD applications and services. Provide leadership with weekly status reports on tasker suspense dates and due outs. Assist in preparing responses to external taskers and other requirements. Assist in weekly or ad hoc reporting requirements to Army G2 and INSCOM. Assist DCD Operations Team in managing organizational group and office duty mailboxes/calendars and maintain continuity of upcoming events. Coordinate with and assist the DCD Director to process travel through the Defense Travel System (DTS) authorizations and vouchers. Keep track of leave and TDY status for DCD senior leaders in coordination with DCD Program Management. Maintain the DCD conference room/collaboration room calendar. Provide a hardcopy of weekly room calendars and post, at a minimum, once weekly on conference room doors. Assist in coordinating office meetings and events; coordinate with meeting participants to deconflict and schedule meeting times, provide visitors with visitor, directions, and parking information, coordinating with the protocol officer, when applicable; set up and schedule VTCs or teleconferences; prepare agendas with input from government leads. Prepare printed material for conferences (such as in binders or hardcopy slide decks). Ensure facility and equipment is set up and in working order prior to visit times. Assist visitors with entering DCD spaces. Coordinate with DCD staff and external vendors to schedule appointments, offsite and onsite meetings and travel Review documentation and correspondence for accuracy and proper format and ensure compliance with information management regulations such as Army Regulation 25-50, Preparing and Managing Correspondence. Maintain the Operations tasker log and routing correspondence log with regular updates as required. Maintain a log of all outgoing correspondence and personnel actions.
