This position will report to Optum’s Senior Director of Optum Experience Measurement (NPS) and is responsible for client experience measurement and NPS programs across Optum. This role will support the vision and execution of NPS programs, evolving reporting through collaboration, and communicating insights to all levels of Optum leadership. This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST. This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
