This position will report to Optum’s Senior Director of Optum Experience Measurement (NPS) and is responsible for client experience measurement and NPS programs across Optum. This role will support the vision and execution of NPS programs, evolving reporting through collaboration, and communicating insights to all levels of Optum leadership. This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST. This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years leading primary marketing research projects
  • 1+ years of experience analyzing data
  • 1+ years’ experience with NPS research
  • Project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
  • Reside within commutable distance to the office at 1 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, 55344.
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Responsibilities

  • Support, in partnership with market research consultant, strategic design, execution, and storytelling of Net Promoter Score (NPS) programs across Optum Client, ensuring insights are actionable and aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Oversee Optum Client project management, inclusive of sample, timeline, survey approvals, and vendor management.
  • Support competitive NPS survey for Optum Client, including deep dive reporting with key cohorts.
  • Assist in presenting client-centric insights to diverse audiences with a focus on clarity, impact, and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Optum Offshore team to provide sample validation, business context and alignment on reporting structure.
  • Contribute to the success of a strong Strategic Insights group as a collaborative team member.
