About the position

KX Technologies LLC, part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Strategic Marketing person to drive market strategy, product lifecycle management, demand generation, and brand positioning for our water filtration products. This role is focused on long-term market growth, OEM partnerships, and consumer insights to influence business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic marketing expertise, product management acumen, and market research skills, guiding product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies while blending data-driven insights with creative marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing roadmap to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify trends and opportunities in the B2B2C landscape.
  • Provide data-driven insights to guide OEM marketing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and refine value propositions and competitive differentiation that resonate with both OEMs and end consumers.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns that support OEM sales efforts while building end-user brand awareness.
  • Work with OEM partners to co-market products, develop joint campaigns, and create sales enablement materials that support their go-to-market efforts.
  • Strengthen the company's brand presence across both OEM (B2B) and end-user (B2C) segments.
  • Develop compelling messaging, content, and storytelling that reinforces the company’s expertise in water filtration for both business partners and consumers.
  • Stay informed about consumer trends, industry regulations, and technological advancements in water filtration.
  • Conduct consumer research, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights that inform product development and marketing.
  • Work closely with OEM partners, sales teams, product managers, and executive leadership to align marketing with business priorities.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, research firms, and media partners to enhance marketing impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, market research, or product marketing, preferably in water filtration, product-based, or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong expertise in B2B2C marketing, OEM partnerships, and consumer insights.
  • Proven track record in market analysis, go-to-market strategy, and demand generation.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, content strategy, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
