We are hiring a Strategic Marketing Manager, North America to be a part of our Aftermarket team. The NA Marketing Manager will participate in the global marketing function as the regional lead in determining the strategy and actions to deliver growth and revenues for the business. This role is crucial in developing/driving our strategic plan, overseeing product management (including identifying product roadmaps, preparing business cases, delivering on new product launches), executing trade events, and developing pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis to enhance our brand presence and achieve business objectives. The Marketing Manager will develop strong business relationships with customers, understand key market drivers, complete competitor analysis, and aggressively pursue expanding Garrett’s product reach into the region.
