About The Position

In this role, you will support the Office of the CEO, driving operational excellence and crafting a Strategic Narrative that aligns with the company’s vision. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and cross-functional teams, transforming key inputs into compelling narratives and ensuring seamless execution of leadership forums. This is a unique opportunity to impact the executive team’s effectiveness and contribute to the overall strategy of the organization.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Information Design with a focus on visualizing data and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • High professionalism and comfort in handling sensitive information at the C-suite level.
  • Ability to distill complex concepts and technical details into clear communications.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) to support discussions about product roadmaps.
  • 4-6 years in Executive Operations, Strategy, Management Consulting, or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Craft executive-ready materials that communicate the company's Strategic Narrative effectively.
  • Design high-stakes presentations, simplifying complex data into professional, Board-ready slides.
  • Draft scripts and talking points for various executive engagements ensuring consistency in messaging.
  • Manage logistics and content for leadership meetings, ensuring everything is executed flawlessly.
  • Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to drive execution of leadership decisions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc research and data analysis to support executive discussions.
