We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning Senior Analyst to join our People Experience (PX) team in Newport Beach, CA, reporting to the Director, Workforce Planning. This is an individual contributor role focused on supporting and strengthening the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) capability at Pacific Life. The position plays a key role in developing analyses, models, and insights that inform workforce decisions, while partnering closely with Workforce Planning, People Analytics, People Business Partners, Finance, and business stakeholders. From time to time, the role will also contribute to people analytics initiatives, reflecting Pacific Life’s integrated People Intelligence model.
