What We Seek: We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious intern to support our firm’s Strategy & Impact team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the internal strategic planning, evaluation, and organizational learning processes that guide our firm’s growth and deepen our impact. As an intern, you will work directly with the Chief Strategy & Impact Officer and Director of Strategy & Impact, supporting high-level efforts to develop the firm's strategic framework, assess outcomes, and help teams connect their day-to-day work to the bigger picture of our impact. You’ll assist with research, organizing information, supporting strategy and evaluation projects, and internal consulting with Raben’s Executive Leadership team — making this a great fit for someone with a passion for systems thinking, organizational effectiveness, and equity-centered evaluation.
