As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be part of a team providing deep project leadership to solve strategic questions in the gTech organization. This role will require you to develop solutions to complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility business problems and opportunities. You will work in close partnership with gTech teams and Strategy and Operations colleagues. You’re a collaborative, data-driven, and analytical problem solver who is able to effectively lead and manage multiple workstreams, projects, and stakeholders across time zones on a global scale. You will be working with key partners across gTech to lead and support a mix of strategic and operational projects. You will also support the development of plans and recommendations for global and regional projects. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
